Your Role
As a Fraud Prevention Specialist, you will engage directly with clients, performing comprehensive investigations and actively monitoring transactions. You will be at the forefront of safeguarding our customers against fraudulent activities and will be dedicated to combating financial crime.
This position reports to the Fraud Manager.
Key Responsibilities
In your role as a Fraud Prevention Specialist, you will:
- Customer Engagement: Address customer inquiries regarding potential fraud and provide support to victims of scams.
- Fraud Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations into fraud and scam incidents impacting the bank and its clientele.
- Operational Risk Management: Evaluate and investigate various fraud typologies to fulfill operational risk standards.
- Transaction Oversight: Monitor transactions and analyze customer behaviors to identify possible financial crimes.
- Fraud Report Analysis: Review and investigate fraud reports from other financial institutions to protect clients and recover lost funds.
Qualifications
Essential Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

- Solid understanding of various fraud types and transaction analysis.
