Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Leader

The role of the Human Resources Manager is to lead the people agenda across various operations. This involves delivering high-impact HR strategies that drive performance, mitigate risk, and support a strong and inclusive culture.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective HR strategies
  • Partnering with leaders to drive organisational capability and employee engagement
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation and standards
  • Providing expert advice on employee relations and workplace investigations
  • Overseeing workforce planning, talent development, and succession initiatives
  • Supporting change management projects and the rollout of key HR systems and processes

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and additional accreditations or qualifications in HR specialist functions
  • Proven experience in a senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner role
  • Strong working knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial relations
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence across all levels of the business
  • Commercial mindset, with a focus on delivering outcomes that add business value
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills
