HR Generalist Advisor Role

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Human Resources Advisor to join our team. As a key member of the HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and development.
You will be a trusted point of contact for managers and employees, providing practical guidance on HR-related matters and implementing company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Support the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate shortlisting, and interview coordination
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires have a positive and productive start to their employment
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees on performance management, career development, and employee relations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
- Manage HR administration tasks, including contract reviews, policy updates, and compliance reporting
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in a generalist HR role, preferably with recruitment experience
- Strong knowledge of HR legislation and policies, including Fair Work Act and EEO principles
- Experience using HCM systems and managing recruitment processes
- High attention to detail, solutions-focused approach, and collaborative mindset
