Data Compliance Analyst

This role focuses on analysis of large and complex payroll data to identify potential wage compliance issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading technical design and development of models to quantify these risks, as well as collaborating with clients to establish plans for remediation.
Main Responsibilities:- Design and develop analysis models (SQL or Excel) to identify and quantify wage compliance risks.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements for modelling and identify relevant data sources.
- Work with subject matter specialists to understand the business needs and provide guidance on resolving ambiguous requirements.
- Conduct testing and provide coaching to junior team members.
- Document results and prepare working papers and reports to support analysis.
- Data analysis and interpretation
- SQL development and management
- Project management and coordination
- Team leadership and collaboration
- Business and legal knowledge translation
The ideal candidate will have experience in analysis of large and complex payroll data and at least 4 years of experience in development of SQL, Alteryx or Excel data models. Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
