Job Title:

Forensic Data Analytics Manager

Job Description

This role involves leading the technical design and development of analysis models to identify and quantify wage compliance risks. You will collaborate with clients to identify root causes of wage compliance issues and establish plans for remediation.

You will be responsible for conducting testing, providing guidance and coaching to junior team members, and documenting results. Additionally, you will support proposal development and other business development activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in analysis of large and complex payroll and time & attendance data to identify or quantify wage compliance issues.
  • At least 4 years of experience in development of SQL, Alteryx or Excel data models.
  • Proven track record of leading small teams of data analysts, including task assignment and quality review.
  • Ability to translate complex business and legal requirements into technical specifications for analysis and preparation of written reports / methodologies for presentation to regulators and legal representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
