Job Overview


We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Retail Store Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a vital role in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will work closely with our store management team to ensure the smooth operation of our store, including restocking shelves, operating equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities


As a Retail Store Team Member, your key responsibilities will include:



  • Restocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Operating equipment, such as pallet jacks and cutting tools, safely and efficiently
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly
  • Working collaboratively with the store management team to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
  • Maintaining accurate records, including inventory management and stock control
