Empowering Health Through Crisis Coordination
The role of Incident Management Coordinator plays a pivotal part in delivering high-quality clinical services to clients. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor - IM, this frontline position requires exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills to manage and coordinate incident management requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate intake, assessment, and resource allocation for Incident Management services.
- Scope acute-care environments, crisis situations, and complex disaster events.
- Strategically allocate clinical providers to incident management requests.
- Oversee all administrative functions related to service delivery.
- Gather sensitive customer information to provide optimal support.
- Assess request urgency and assign qualified providers for timely intervention.
- Manage competing priorities and urgent requests with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrate sensitivity, professionalism, and empathy in high-pressure crisis situations.
Requirements:
- Proactive and resourceful individual with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Experience in incident management or crisis coordination is essential.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and negotiation abilities.
- Empathetic and professional when handling sensitive and high-pressure situations.
