Project Manager - Substation Delivery

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple high voltage substation projects across Australia. This role spans the full project lifecycle — from tender stage through to site execution and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively participate in the tender phase, providing constructability input, developing construction methodologies, and contributing to planning and cost estimates.
  • Transition into on-site leadership during project delivery, managing all construction activities across multiple HV substation projects.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet milestones.
  • Drive a strong HSSE culture, embedding safety and environmental awareness into all operations.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and consistent delivery.
About You:
  • 10+ years' experience in construction management/supervision, with proven expertise in high voltage substations (135, 330, 500kV).
  • Strong background in civil, structural, and electrical works for major energy infrastructure.
  • Diploma or trade qualification (Engineering degree highly regarded).
  • Construction White/Blue Card and current Australian Driver's Licence.
