This is a senior management position for a high-voltage substation project lead. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing projects ranging from 33kV to 330kV, particularly within the 132kV range.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to oversee the full project lifecycle from bid/tender through to execution and closeout. This role is central to delivering major infrastructure projects on time and within budget.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams and effectively allocate resources to achieve high-quality outcomes on schedule.
  • Maintain strict cost control and ensure full compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with the Construction Manager to implement innovative engineering solutions and guide key project directions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Project Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in high-voltage substation project management (132kV+), with a strong understanding of industry standards.
  • Leadership and team management skills, with a focus on client engagement and resource coordination.
