About the Role

As a key member of our B2B ICT team, you will be responsible for leading a team of ICT Specialists and Sales Advisors at a community and national level. You will be a strategic 'out of the box' thinker with a growth mindset who thrives on creating a supportive and engaging team environment, guiding, and empowering your people, with a client-centric approach and hunger for achieving targets/budgets.

About You
  • You are an experienced people leader, with demonstrated Sales and/or Business Development experience in a B2B environment.
  • You have at least 3 years in the ICT technology industry, with experience in designing viable product solutions for a varied customer base, preparing and conducting compelling presentations and briefs, collaborating and networking with industry partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders and C-suite leaders, managing complex sales cycles and uncovering customer needs, building long-term, profitable and sustainable relationships with business customers.
  • You have strong commercial acumen with an analytical and inquisitive mind, strong understanding of sales principles, including pipeline management with the ability to initiate new ideas/concepts and manage complex sales cycles.
  • You have experience with Salesforce and exposure to PowerBI is a bonus.
