Residential Construction Project Manager

As a Residential Construction Project Manager, you will oversee renovation projects and effectively manage budgets. This involves spending considerable time in the field to ensure timely completion and communicate project updates with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, collections, and meet project deadlines.
  • Represent the organization's principles of honesty and integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with all processes, policies, better business practices, and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues.
  • Work closely with Foremen, In-House Tradesmen, Estimators, and Project Coordinators to facilitate collaboration and communication during restoration projects.
  • Handle correspondence with insurance providers and property owners.
  • Coordinate tradesmen and review estimates for the restoration portion of assigned jobs.
  • Meet operational objectives for Sales, Gross Margin, Job Closings, and Net Promoter Score.
  • Track metrics during bi-weekly goal setting and review meetings.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-3+ years previous residential/commercial construction experience
  • RPM 2 – Expert: 2 years leading a team of 4 or more direct reports

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift (constantly) 5-40 lbs.
  • Lift (frequently) 20-100 lbs.
  • Occasional climbing, balancing, crouching, frequent stooping, reaching, kneeling, and handling.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces.
  • Exposure to weather with temperatures ranging from mild/moderate to extreme cold/heat.
  • Exposure to noise levels ranging from moderate to loud.

Benefits:

  • Income range including performance bonuses is $65,000-$85,000
