About the role As the Renovation / Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating the delivery of high-quality Renovation / Maintenance services for residential clients across Geelong and the surrounding areas.
This is a full-time position based in our Geelong office.
What you'll be doing Supervising a team of skilled Tradesman to ensure all renovation and maintenance projects are completed to the highest standard Scheduling Maintenance work to meet client deadlines and expectations Providing technical guidance and support to the team Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and communicate project progress Monitoring job costs and ensuring projects remain within budget Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing more efficient ways of working Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with relevant building codes and regulations What we're looking for Extensive experience as a qualified Tradesman, with at least 5 years' supervisory experience in a similar role Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think on your feet Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and the team Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle What we offer We are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
