Renovation Management Specialist

As a Residential Construction Project Manager, you will oversee the renovation process and manage budgets effectively. This involves spending time in the field to ensure projects are completed properly. You will work closely with homeowners, project coordinators, sub-contractors, and technicians to monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage renovation projects and control budgets

The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of residential/commercial construction experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledgeable about construction practices and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Regular travel to job sites is required, with occasional overnight travel possible.
