About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to oversee refurbishment projects in our National Refurbishment Division.

This is an opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of residents and enhance the communities they call home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning and delivery of village unit refurbishment projects
  • Take commercial oversight of unit turnovers, ensuring effective management of RNRI spend and cash margins
  • Implement improvements to systems and processes that streamline the V2O turnover process
  • Utilise insurance assessment expertise to drive efficiency and cost-effective solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to oversee renovations, refurbishments, or new construction projects
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets and achieving cost-effective outcomes
  • Skilled at engaging and influencing teams, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Adept at managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
