About the Role:

The Sales Associate will be responsible for leading generation, prospecting, and relationship building with a focus on qualifying and nurturing leads to convert them into satisfied customers. You'll work closely with internal teams to coordinate resources and support needed to advance opportunities and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively identify and qualify inbound leads generated through various channels, including marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals.
  2. Consultative Selling: Engage prospects in consultative sales conversations to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives, and tailor product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our solutions and address specific customer pain points.
  3. Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritize leads and opportunities in the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and progression through the sales process.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, serving as a trusted advisor and point of contact throughout the sales cycle.
  5. Sales Performance & Reporting: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth and contributing to the achievement of team goals.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on sales opportunities.
