Strategic Workforce Partnerships

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Workforce Partner to collaborate with our senior leaders and managers to develop and deliver impactful workforce solutions across organisational design, change, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic workforce plans to drive organisational outcomes and support the wellbeing of our blended workforce.
  • Manage sensitive employee relations issues, including misconduct, grievances, and performance, ensuring legal and policy compliance.
  • Coach and mentor leaders and team members to build strong people management skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Utilise workforce data, trends, and insights to guide decision-making and support evidence-based planning and change.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree qualification in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Substantial HR generalist experience.
  • A sound understanding of employee relations and experience partnering with managers to resolve complex people management issues.
