The role of the Human Resources Business Partner is a crucial component in our organisational framework, providing expert guidance and advice to their programs.

This is a fixed-term position covering parental leave until 2026. The successful candidate will primarily be based at our Blacktown Office, working a minimum of three days per week from the office, with occasional travel.

We seek a candidate with:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field;
  • At least 3 years' experience in a Human Resources Partnering role, particularly in industrial matters;
  • Demonstrated expertise in investigations, case management, and award interpretation in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a proven capacity to deliver multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others and influence diverse contexts;
  • Knowledge of or interest in the community services sector, highly valued.
