Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with leaders to understand business objectives and develop strategies that drive positive outcomes.
  2. Analyse structures and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Partner with leaders to build high-performing teams and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
Talent Enablement Development
  • Work with the talent acquisition team to attract and select top talent aligned with business needs.
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
Employee Engagement Governance
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Oversee employee surveys and analyse feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive meaningful action plans.
Reporting Data
  • Develop budgets and business plans with the PC manager.
  • Prepare regular financial metrics and reports for projects for stakeholders.
