About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft IT Vendor Alliance Manager to lead our strategic vendor partnerships, driving growth and innovation in the IT services industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Manage Vendor Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in our partner network, ensuring our alliances are built on trust and mutual success.
  • Drive Business Growth: Develop and execute business plans for our strategic alliance partners, driving revenue and profitability.
  • Maximize Indirect Revenue: Identify and leverage key vendor programs to generate leads and opportunities, maximizing indirect revenue through back-end rebates, cost offsets, and Marketing Development Funds (MDF).
  • Provide Management Reporting: Provide detailed management reporting on key metrics and initiatives, ensuring our business goals are met.

About You

We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for technology and a knack for building strong partnerships. The ideal person for this role has thrived in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting and brings experience as a Microsoft Partner Manager. With a minimum of three years in the industry, you've proven your ability to negotiate contracts and achieve favorable outcomes.
