Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned IT Vendor Alliance Manager to lead our strategic partnership efforts, driving business growth and revenue through innovative alliance development and management.

About You

You will thrive in this role if you have a passion for building strong partnerships, negotiating contracts, and achieving favorable outcomes. With a minimum of three years in the industry, preferably as a Microsoft Partner Manager, you bring a proven track record of success in MSP settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vendor Strategy & Management: Develop and manage business plans for our strategic alliance partners, driving growth and innovation.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong connections with key stakeholders in our partner network, ensuring our alliances are built on trust and mutual success.
  • Contract Negotiation: Oversee contract management, keeping agreements up-to-date and negotiating the best terms.
  • Sales Enablement: Empower our sales team by developing and implementing top-notch product education strategies, including vendor and internal training sessions, certification requirements, and roadmaps.
  • Demand Generation: Collaborate with vendors and marketing to define and drive key demand generation initiatives, identifying and leveraging key vendor programs to generate leads and opportunities.

As an experienced IT Vendor Alliance Manager, you can expect a salary range of AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on your background and experience.
