About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Regional Alliances Manager to join our ANZ Partner and Alliances team. This role is critical to Okta's growth strategy in the region and requires a proven track record of leveraging partners to drive incremental pipeline and revenue for vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, gain approval for, and execute joint business plans with assigned Focused Partners to deliver incremental pipeline and revenue to Okta.
  • Drive clear and strategic alignment between Okta and partners, leading to increased investment in Okta and growth of joint businesses.
  • Execute programmatic demand generation activities to achieve incremental opportunities in the market, measured by Deal Registration (DR).
  • Partner with key stakeholders to influence deal closure plans through their leverage with customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in leveraging partners to drive incremental pipeline and revenue for vendors.
  • Deep understanding of the IT market ecosystem, including different partner types and their roles with customers.
  • Proven experience in building and executing pipeline generation campaigns.
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Strong network in key Okta partners, both current and future.
