About Our Job Coach Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Job Coach. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with our clients, empowering them to achieve their employment goals.

As a Job Coach, you will be responsible for guiding clients towards job readiness and enabling opportunities for sustainable employment. You will work closely with local employers to source job opportunities and ensure that our clients receive exceptional service at every stage of the process.

  • We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others achieve their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or a client-facing role, minimum one year's experience, and a demonstrated ability to work with people overcoming challenges.

Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to meet KPIs and achieve results
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • A current Driver's License
