Job Title: Youth Support Worker

About the Role

This role involves providing support to young people to help them achieve their goals and aspirations. As a Youth Support Worker, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of participants, identifying barriers to employment, and providing solutions-focused approaches to support young people.

You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to maximize job opportunities for participants and provide a supportive environment that enables them to succeed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's license and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Ability to work full-time Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
