Team Leader - Employment
We are seeking a skilled Team Leader – Employment to deliver high-quality support and empower participants to achieve their employment goals.
The successful candidate will lead by example, taking a hands-on approach to front-line service delivery work, coaching and mentoring team members to develop the skills of lower or similar classified staff.
Responsibilities- Lead employer engagement at allocated sites, ensuring all workplaces meet safety requirements and Award conditions are applied to participants.
- Develop and monitor the performance of other IEA staff in relation to employment anchors, outcomes, post placement support, and program requirements.
- Provide day-to-day supervision and support of lower or similar classified employees.
- Deliver recovery-focused and strengths-based services that meet IEA program standards.
