Business Development Manager Role

We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Manager to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in face-to-face business development and sales within evidence-based channels, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and driving growth.

  • Build deep, clinic-specific relationships through regular field visits and delivering customized engagement plans within territory.
  • Plan and execute a pipeline of educational visits, product discussions, lunch-and-learns, and clinic trials to grow brand recommended most often (BRMO) and brand used most often (BUMO).
  • Analyse territory sales performance, acquisition data, BRMO/BUMO metrics, and clinic feedback to refine your approach.
  • Own the territory-level P&L contribution, driving growth while ensuring budget efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clinics, providing timely support and thoughtful solutions; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless clinic experience and delivery of our brand promise.
