
Property Asset Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Property Manager. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our properties, including maintaining lease administration, financial procedures, and reporting standards.
You will work closely with our Property Managers to prepare annual operating budgets and process invoices, raise work orders, and manage debtors efficiently. Your strong organisational skills and attention to detail will enable you to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager who possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency, and a Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain within 6 months). - Main Responsibilities:
- Manage rental collections, outgoings, and recoverable costs with a strong focus on arrears control.
- Be the first point of contact for tenant enquiries and assist in resolving day-to-day issues.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Property Managers to prepare annual operating budgets and forecasts.
- Process invoices, raise work orders, and manage debtors efficiently.

- Skillset: Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
