We are seeking an experienced Property Asset Manager to oversee the administration and maintenance of our commercial properties.

About the Role
  • Maintain lease documentation, financial processes, and reporting standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage rental collections, outgoings, and recoverable costs to optimize cash flow and minimize arrears.
  • Collaborate with property teams to prepare annual operational budgets and ensure accurate forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process invoices, raise work orders, and manage debtors efficiently to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to control costs and improve asset performance.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports to stakeholders on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
  • 1–2 years' experience in a similar role within commercial property management.
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (property specialisation preferred but not essential).
  • Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency to create professional reports and presentations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
