Property Manager Job">

The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of assets across Commercial, Industrial and Retail.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with lease negotiations, rent reviews and legal documentation.
  • Managing financial budgets and ensuring optimum efficiency.
  • Provide excellent tenant services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Work the Administration and Facilities team to ensure assets are managed to the highest standards.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Previous experience in Property Management.
  • Tertiary qualifications or related experience.
  • A strong understanding of Property and the will to want to grow within your career.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
