**The client**:
Our client is a leading global Property company who can offer you professional development and fast track your Property career

This is a particularly ideal role for either a Residential Property Manager looking to take that next step in their career, or a Commercial Property Manager who wants to work for one of the largest and most respected companies in the global Property sphere.

**Your role will include**:

- Manage a diverse portfolio of assets across Commercial, Industrial and Retail
- Assist with lease negotiations, rent reviews and legal documentation
- Managing financial budgets and ensuring optimum efficiency
- Provide excellent tenant services
- Develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
- Work the Administration and Facilities team to ensure assets are managed to the highest standards
- Carry out all work in line with company expectations and requirements

**You will have**:

- Previous experience in Property Management
- Tertiary qualifications or related experience
- A strong understanding of Property and the will to want to grow within your career
- Strong written and verbal communication
