You will build strong relationships with stakeholders and tenants to drive business growth and exceed expectations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Positioning and protecting the investment performance of assigned assets, ensuring profitability through diligent and professional management.
  • Liaising regularly with clients regarding all aspects of management, including providing recommendations on rent reviews, lease renewals, and leasing negotiations.
  • Undertaking frequent inspections to oversee the presentation and maintenance of properties, maintaining high standards at all times.
  • Facilitating resources to maintain services and resolve property issues.
  • Implementing and maintaining orderly lease administration, financial procedures, and overall reporting.
  • Ensuring all lease documentation is fully executed and in place.

Your Qualifications

  • A real estate license is essential.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in commercial or residential property management is required.
