About the Role

We seek an Inclusion Lead to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. You will establish and deliver high-quality participation programs and competitive play opportunities to increase participation and pathway options for underrepresented groups across Western Australia.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with local communities and partner organizations.
  • Create sustainable participation programs with pathways and options for all players.
  • Develop and manage the delivery of inclusive tennis programs in metro and regional areas across WA.
  • Deliver targeted training and development programs to staff and stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with local custodians and champion cultural awareness & education across the WA tennis community.
About You

To succeed, you will have:

  • Proven experience working with underrepresented communities, understanding cultural protocols and sensitivities.
  • Demonstrated capability in building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong creative and innovative skills in designing and implementing programs.
  • Leadership experience managing direct reports.
  • Prior coaching experience or a willingness to complete relevant coaching education.
  • A current First Aid Certificate and valid Driver's License.
