The role of Senior Indigenous Inclusion is a pivotal position within our organisation, focused on creating meaningful pathways for Indigenous employment, leadership, and cultural inclusion across our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver programs to attract, retain, and support Indigenous talent in the workplace.
- Foster cultural awareness through training and embed Indigenous perspectives into policies and practices.
- Cultivate partnerships with internal teams and leaders to integrate inclusion into everyday business practices.
- Create opportunities for Indigenous employees to grow into leadership roles, driving diversity and inclusivity throughout the organisation.
- Monitor outcomes and ensure alignment with legal, cultural, and native title obligations.
This role requires collaboration with our Community teams to connect with Traditional Owners and local communities, creating culturally safe spaces and meaningful employment pathways.
