We are seeking a skilled Client Success Executive to join our team. If you are passionate about helping clients improve their customer experience and work in a tech-driven environment where every moment offers a new opportunity to make an impact, this could be the perfect role for you.
About This Role- You will manage client tasks, service requests, and opportunities to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
- Work with clients to formulate and document business requirements and translate these requirements into briefs/specifications.
- Support the management and development of client portfolios focusing on growth and value.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions based on best business and industry practices.
- Leverage product knowledge and understand client needs to identify technical enhancements.
This role requires building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, technical support teams, solution designers, and engineers. You will also work closely with the Customer Success Director and nominated client portfolio leaders to ensure effective execution of client projects.
Main Responsibilities- Manage client engagement and satisfaction across all touchpoints.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive client success and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze data to inform decision-making and optimize client outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure alignment and achieve goals.
