Funeral Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Co-ordinator to join our team in Toowoomba. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to grieving families during their most difficult times.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordinate funeral arrangements and manage client communications to ensure a seamless experience for all involved.
- Provide guidance and support to families throughout the funeral planning process, handling incoming calls and enquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Prepare necessary documents and paperwork for funeral arrangements, and manage the logistics of funeral services, including transportation and venue arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, and prepare and distribute necessary reports.
- Collaborate with funeral directors and other team members to ensure calm and organised operations, and assist with staff scheduling and resource allocation.
The successful applicant will have a proven ability to prioritise and organise, with a positive disposition and excellent attention to detail. Strong customer service skills and empathy are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Please note that due to the nature of the industry, some evening and weekend work can be included in your roster.
