As a Funeral Director, you will work closely with families to coordinate funeral services, leveraging our custom-built technology to ensure a seamless arrangement process. Your role will involve:

  • Coordinating with various families at different stages of the arrangement process
  • Working with suppliers to ensure funeral ceremonies run smoothly
  • Building rapport and trust with families, many of whom are in deep grief
  • Actively listening to families, providing them with the time and space to share their grief
  • Recommending service options based on family needs and preferences
  • Beginning the arrangement process and handing over families to their assigned arranger
  • Following up with families who have shown interest but are not yet ready to decide

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine passion for helping people from all walks of life
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks
  • Comfort working with technology and following processes
  • Quick learning skills, with the ability to adapt to new processes and tools
  • The ability to take control of conversations and become a trusted advisor
  • Comfort actively recommending our company and services, where appropriate
