Job Title: Funeral Director

We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Funeral Director to join our team. As a Funeral Director, you will play a critical role in coordinating funeral services, working closely with families to understand their needs and preferences. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that families receive the highest level of care and support during this difficult time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate funeral services, working closely with families to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that families receive the highest level of care and support
  • Work with various suppliers to ensure seamless funeral ceremonies
  • Build rapport and trust with families, actively listening to their concerns and providing guidance and support
  • Recommend service options based on family needs and preferences
  • Begin the arrangement process and hand over families to their arranger
  • Follow up with families who have shown interest but are not yet ready to decide
Requirements:
  • Experience in funeral services or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Comfort working with technology and following processes
  • Quick learner, able to adapt to new processes and skills
  • Ability to take control of conversations and become a trusted advisor
  • Comfort in actively recommending our company and services, where appropriate
