High-Level Programme Coordinator

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to drive the delivery of complex defence programs. You will lead project teams, providing clear direction and prioritization while managing technical challenges, interdependencies, and evolving requirements across the program.
- Manage uncertainty and change while maintaining program objectives and priorities, balancing trade-offs between quality, time, and cost.
- Ensure that products and services delivered as part of the project meet our Product Safety Policy standards.
- Foster a proactive risk management culture, continuously identifying and mitigating potential risks while ensuring clear communication of risk positions and business impacts to stakeholders beyond the project team.
This role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience in Project Management within a complex production build and/or engineering environment. Industry experience in Civil Infrastructure, Defence, and/or Energy sectors is highly regarded.
