Program Governance Lead

The Program Governance Lead plays a pivotal role in coordinating and supporting the Multi Class Sustainment (MCS) Reporting Team to enable the successful delivery of MCS Programs.

  • This involves designing and embedding governance frameworks that promote consistent and efficient program delivery.
  • The individual will deliver accurate and timely performance reporting and dashboards, drive process standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitating governance committees and managing decision/action registers is also an essential part of this role.
  • In addition, engaging stakeholders through targeted communication and collaboration is crucial for success.
  • Maintaining governance calendars and documentation is another key responsibility.

This newly rescoped role requires close collaboration across all areas of the business unit and blends operational excellence with process standardisation, stakeholder communication, and alignment of program management practices to strategic priorities.
