Childcare Programme Leader

Making a real difference in children's lives is at the heart of our work. As an OSHC Coordinator, you will lead your own service, providing trusted before and after school care and holiday programmes to local families.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and delivering engaging programmes for children aged 5-12 years.
- Building positive relationships with the school community and parents.
- Mentoring and supporting your team to develop their skills and growth within the industry.
- Overseeing compliance and administrative tasks to ensure smooth service delivery.
Our ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference in children's lives and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
About YouYou will have completed or be currently studying an ACECQA-recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar). You will also hold a valid Employee Working with Children Check and be willing to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, relevant food safety certificates, and a National Criminal History Check dated within six months.
