About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the strategy of the ServiceNow platform, supporting major projects of work across a large variety of initiatives. You will be responsible for designing high-level and detailed solutions for the ServiceNow platform to support Suncorp Group's business operations and objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Establish an enterprise-wide technical architecture and implementation strategy setting the foundation for enduring success.
  • Drive standardisation and best practice platform management, enabling you to focus on value delivery.
  • Institute technical governance to optimise platform performance and minimise long-term technical risk.
  • Enable rapid upgrades to new features and innovation that drive new value.
  • Work with the Platform Delivery Manager to build a platform team focused on delivering value and innovation.

About You

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect who can lead the strategy of the ServiceNow platform and drive outcomes. You will have a strong background in ServiceNow development and a passion for staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years ServiceNow development experience
  • 2+ years ServiceNow solution design experience
  • ServiceNow CSA Certification
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and business stakeholder management skills
  • Experience partnering with multiple delivery partners and vendors on achieving business objectives
  • A team player with a high level of accountability and a proactive attitude towards getting things done
