Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solutions Architect to join our team in Singapore & Australia. As a ServiceNow Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for architecting, building, and maintaining cost-efficient, scalable solutions based on ServiceNow best practices for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architecting and building solutions that meet the business objectives of our clients
  • Bringing together ServiceNow Platform and Enterprise Architecture best practices
  • Designing and supporting Platform Modernization initiatives for efficiency and digital transformation
  • Designing solutions to meet specific Risk and Compliance Requirements
  • Exploring ServiceNow integrations and other tools to maximize value creation
  • Building and deploying Data Models based on CSDM and ServiceNow best practices
  • Staying up-to-date on best practices and new developments in ServiceNow
  • Building strong relationships with account teams, sales teams, and other key stakeholders
  • Engaging in Pre-Sales activities to build proofs of concept, demos, and solution designs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and Enterprise Architecture
  • Experience in architecting and building scalable solutions
  • Ability to design and implement Platform Modernization initiatives
  • Strong understanding of Risk and Compliance Requirements
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
