About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team at ServiceNow. As a key member of our Global Partnerships and Channel Partnerships team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to our partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide pre-sales support and technical product advice to our partners and customers.
  • Assist our partners in building practices that deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Evangelize ServiceNow's value proposition to our partner community and promote a 'ServiceNow First' approach.
  • Manage relationships with executive and key partner stakeholders to build ServiceNow mindshare.
  • Collaborate with the Partner Experience team on the execution of roadshows, shark camps, and partner events.
  • Provide subject matter expertise during planning, solutioning, and EBC briefings.
  • Identify and collaborate on business development opportunities for market-differentiated Offerings/Solutions based on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Mentor and guide partner solution consultants on effective teamwork and the 'Art of Storytelling'.
  • Take responsibility as the primary technical touchpoint with peers when partners are engaged within an account or pursuit.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting.
  • Working knowledge of modern web technologies and cloud computing.
  • Experience and understanding of multiple technical domains, including application, data, integration, big data, mobility, analytics, etc.
  • Excellent understanding of architectural principles for cloud-based platforms.
  • Intrinsically curious and passionate about researching current and emerging technologies.
  • Strong facilitation skills and ability to see the big picture.
  • Ability to manage change and ambiguity with an action-orientation/drive.
  • Talented at explaining complex topics clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to collaborate and interact at multiple levels.
