As a ServiceNow Architect, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional business value to our clients by leveraging your expertise in ServiceNow solutions. You will be responsible for architecting, developing, and sustaining cost-effective, scalable solutions that align with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing robust ServiceNow solutions tailored to meet the unique business objectives of our clients.
- Integrating ServiceNow Platform and Enterprise Architecture best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Leading Platform Modernization initiatives to drive digital transformation within organizations.
- Crafting ServiceNow solutions that address specific Risk and Compliance requirements.
- Exploring and integrating various tools and systems to maximize value creation through ServiceNow.
- Developing and deploying Data Models based on Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and ServiceNow best practices.
- Staying abreast of the latest developments and best practices in ServiceNow, and sharing insights on optimizing capabilities and improving customer experience.
- Building strong collaborative relationships with account teams, sales teams, ServiceNow consultants, and other key stakeholders.
- Participating in Pre-Sales activities, including the creation of proofs of concept, demonstrations, and solution designs.
