About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled ServiceNow professional to lead the strategy and implementation of the ServiceNow platform at Suncorp Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive technical architecture for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Drive standardisation and best practice platform management, enabling efficient delivery of value to the business.
  • Establish technical governance to optimise platform performance, minimise long-term technical risk, and ensure seamless upgrades to new features and innovation.
  • Collaborate with the Platform Delivery Manager to build a high-performing platform team focused on delivering value and innovation.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with a strong background in ServiceNow solution design.
  • ServiceNow CSA Certification and a passion for staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and business stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with multiple delivery partners and vendors on achieving business objectives.
  • A team player with a high level of accountability and a proactive attitude towards getting things done.
