Workforce Data Strategist

We're committed to ensuring all Western Australians have access to secure, reliable, and sustainable energy.

This role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering advanced analytics, dashboards, and insights that support strategic workforce planning, employee experience, inclusion and diversity, and strategic people initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations using tools such as Power BI or similar
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on workforce trends and people metrics
  • Collaborate with Business Partners, OD & Learning, DE&I and other teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems
  • Support annual processes through provision of timely and accurate data and analytics

Tertiary qualification in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Business, Statistics or related field is preferred

Proven experience in HR analytics, workforce planning or related data-focused role is essential

Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel and data visualisation tools is required

Experience with HRIS systems and data is highly valued

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
