We're looking for a Workforce Development Business Partner to join our People & Culture team.
Reporting to the Workforce Development Manager you will drive impactful learning and development strategies that build organisational capability, empower our people and support transformation and change initiatives.About The RoleAs a trusted advisor to leaders and teams, you'll play a critical role in designing, delivering, and embedding capability programs that lift leadership, technical excellence, and professional growth across the workforce.
You'll partner closely with operational leaders, subject matter experts, and People & Culture colleagues to align workforce development initiatives with our organisational goals.This role is perfect for someone who thrives on collaboration, enjoys translating strategy into action, and wants to make a real difference in a values-led organisation.Key Responsibilities Identify and uplift capability and compliance needs in partnership with business leaders Enable leadership growth through developing and embedding frameworks into coaching and performance processes Design and facilitate high-impact learning programs that cater to diverse learner needs Collaborate on workforce planning, talent strategies and culture transformation initiatives Leverage digital tools and platforms to support a future-ready workforce Utilise data and metrics to evaluate learning impact and inform continuous improvement You'll AlsoPositively support transformation and change initiatives Contribute to continuous improvement Be part of a mission-driven organisation that values fresh ideas and continuous improvement Maintain a strong consumer focus in all learning-related activities Take accountability for delivering high-quality outcomes and supporting organisational performance Have the opportunity to shape workforce capability in a meaningful and sustainable way What We're Looking ForSignificant experience developing, implementing and evaluating learning and development solutions across diverse business areas Strong facilitation skills and ability to work with individuals from a broad range of environments and backgrounds Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing demands in a dynamic environment Confident working with learning management systems; authoring tool experience desirable Tertiary qualification in organisational development, psychology, human resources or related field Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (or similar) Accreditation in organisational development or leadership diagnostics (e.g. Human Synergistics) highly regarded BenefitsPermanent, full-time role Salary packaging - up to $15,900 per annum for everyday expenses and up to $2,650 per annum on meals and entertainment expenses Novated Lease options Workplace culture of teamwork and collaboration For further details about this role, please feel free to reach out to Kate Bobridge (Workforce Development Manager) at Closing date 15th of August 2025 , shortlisting will commence immediately.About UsThe mission of the Royal Flying Doctor Service (Western Operations) is to provide excellence in aeromedical and primary health care across Western Australia.
Every member of the RFDS WO team contributes to that mission and living our values of showing respect, demonstrating fairness, utilising diversity and being safe.
Every year, the RFDS WO provides urgent retrieval for about 10,000 patients in regional WA.
