Aboriginal Employee Partnership Specialist

This role has been designed to leverage the expertise of Aboriginal employees in a genuine occupational qualification context. The successful candidate will provide advisory services, coaching and mentoring to Aboriginal personnel across various business units.
As part of the Human Resources team, you will support a range of workplace matters including conflict resolution, employee wellbeing, performance management and grievance handling. All approaches will be grounded in cultural understanding and aligned with Aboriginal values and practices.
The role plays a key part in delivering specialist case management with a focus on customer service to support Aboriginal employees across the organisation.
A Typical Day- Providing culturally informed HR advice, coaching, and mentoring to Aboriginal employees and people leaders across our organisation
- Working in close partnership with specialist teams to support safe outcomes for Aboriginal and other employees
- Developing and delivering informative training sessions to empower leaders
- Identifying continuous improvement opportunities and enhancing service delivery to improve customer outcomes
- Demonstrated experience in HR/ER/WHS case management or conflict resolution
- Strong ethics and values that align to our customer service driven culture
- A customer centric and people focused mindset with strong decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Resilience and energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment
