A new opportunity for a Workforce Partnership Specialist is now available within our Workforce Partnership team.
**About Your New Role**:
- Organise and or attend events or other initiatives to promote brand awareness and consideration of Home Health with potential partners, to support workforce channel volumes and long term relationships
- Assist with identifying new prospective partners and provide ad hoc support for advanced negotiations with them
- Assist in researching external landscape and initiatives related to contingent workforce partnerships, to better position Home Health in the market
- Support the Head of Workforce Partnerships in short
- and long-term options for Home Health in the supply of workforce requirements through existing channels
- Support and monitor third-party labour relationships with the Head of Workforce Partnerships to ensure they continue to successfully meet business requirements.
- Oversee existing partnerships and track viability and success of the partnership
- Assist in reporting for the Head of Workforce Partnership’s and wider team
**About You**:
- At least 3 plus years’ experience having worked in similar roles
- Experience working with Training, Workforce Australia, Universities, and or recruitment agencies preferred but not essential
- Masters/BA or Bachelors degree in business administration, Health or Education and/or equivalent experience
- Excellent communications and relationship management skills and ability to work effectively with senior executives and within dynamic organisations
- Experienced in working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders across a range of settings
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, and to deal with ambiguity and adapt to and drive change as required
