Position Overview

We are seeking a Digital PMO – Governance Analyst who will play a crucial role in supporting governance within the Digital Portfolio Office. This position focuses on ensuring the consistent implementation of governance and delivery methodologies for managing a diverse portfolio of digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Governance Compliance: Engage with project stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure adherence to project and portfolio requirements, standards, and company policies.
  • Framework Enhancement: Develop and maintain the digital governance framework to manage the entire lifecycle from ideation to delivery, collaborating with various teams.
  • Training and Support: Provide ongoing training to both existing and new resources to embed the digital governance framework effectively.
  • Project Assistance: Aid projects in comprehending the digital governance framework and authorize any justified deviations.
  • Portfolio Management: Support processes related to risk, issues, quality assurance, and capacity management at the portfolio level.
  • Governance Reviews: Conduct thorough governance reviews of processes and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of the following:

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience in portfolio governance and digital delivery methodologies (both Waterfall and Agile).
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications in project and program management methods (e.g., PRINCE2, PMBOK, Scrum) are advantageous.
  • Experience in a multi-vendor project environment.
