Job Title: Senior Governance Specialist

Join Insignia Financial as a Senior Governance Specialist and play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of our key strategic partnerships. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing assurance and oversight of our Critical Service Providers, ensuring that our outsourcing arrangements are aligned with regulatory requirements and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective governance frameworks to ensure the management of outsourcing risks and controls.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on regulatory compliance and operational risk management.
  • Assess and report on the effectiveness of our outsourcing arrangements, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to enhance our outsourcing risk management frameworks.
  • Prepare and present high-quality reports to the Board on the status and health of our outsourcing arrangements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in governance, risk management, and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply policies and obligations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and deal with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
